Modern office setting Must have excellent customer service skills and attitude Growth opportunities Answer phone calls, emails and greet residents and guests as they enter the Clubhouse Maintain bulletin boards and flyer rack as directed Prepare new files for events and bus trips with documentation Input data in Excel spreadsheets for guest seating and meal selections for events Prepare check deposits Administer signups for various Association events and bus trips.
